Habits can help you track all kinds of goals. There are two types of goals:- time goals: you want to spend X amount of time doing a specific activity (studying)- repeat goals: you want to do an activity X times (going to the gym, doing X push-ups a day)Each goal can either be daily or weekly. You can switch easily between the two depending on the goal.
You can also use Habits to track other achievements that aren't explicit goals, such as doing the dishes or filling up paperwork. You can look back at your previous weeks and see whether you're improving or slacking off!
Habits doesn't require an Internet connection to be functional. However if you'd like to back up your data in the cloud, simply push the sync button on the top right.
